Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 282-A:146

  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
If, after due notice, any employer shall fail to make any payment of contributions or interest thereon, the amount due, with interest thereon pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 282-A:141, shall be collectible by any means provided by law for the collection of any tax due to the state of New Hampshire or to any subdivision thereof, including any means provided by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 80:2. Tax warrants referred to in said chapter may be signed by either the commissioner of the department of employment security or the duly authorized counsel for such department.
