Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 282-A:38
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
An individual shall be disqualified for benefits for any week or part of a week with respect to which he is seeking to receive or has received payments in the form of unemployment compensation under an unemployment compensation law of any other state or under a similar law of the federal government, provided that seeking to receive or receiving payments under any reciprocal arrangement to which New Hampshire is a party under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 282-A:169-172 shall not disqualify the individual for benefits.
