The superintendent shall be subject to the following laws relative to bills, accounts, and reporting:
I. N.H. Rev. Stat. § 28:15, relative to payment of vouchers.
II. N.H. Rev. Stat. § 30:1, relative to annual reports.
III. N.H. Rev. Stat. § 30:3, relative to the contents and form of annual reports.

- following: when used by way of reference to any section of these laws, shall mean the section next preceding or following that in which such reference is made, unless some other is expressly designated. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:13
