Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 325:17
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
The board may inspect all places where funeral directing is conducted or where embalming is practiced. No such place shall be inspected more frequently than twice yearly, unless the board shall find that just cause or evidence of repeated complaints exists.
