Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 383-E:10-1002
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The combination of credit unions is required to be approved by a state credit union first by a majority of its full board of directors and then by a majority of its members present and voting at a meeting called for that purpose.
