- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
The organizer shall submit evidence to the commissioner that it has adopted bylaws, elected, or caused to be elected, the directors and officers required by its organizational documents and satisfied all other requirements of the charter.
