Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 477:2
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- real estate: shall include lands, tenements, and hereditaments, and all rights thereto and interests therein. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:21
Any public or private corporation authorized to hold real estate may convey the same by an agent appointed by vote for that purpose.
