Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 478:17-i
- month: shall mean a calendar month, and the word "year" a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed; and the word "year" shall be equivalent to the expression "year of our Lord. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:8
Each register of deeds shall pay over once a month to his county treasurer, for use of the county, all fees received by him as such register and all charges paid to him for services arising out of or because of his office, including but not limited to payments for duties under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 78-B:8.
