  • Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
  • Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
The court may hear and determine such cases according to the course of equity, and may grant writs of injunction whenever the same are necessary to prevent fraud or injustice.
