Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 678:5
- following: when used by way of reference to any section of these laws, shall mean the section next preceding or following that in which such reference is made, unless some other is expressly designated. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:13
Terms of board members shall be 3 years, except that all vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term. In the first year of a community services and care planning board’s existence, members shall be appointed to the following terms: at least one member to a one-year term, at least one member to a 2-year term, and at least one member to a 3-year term.
