Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 12:7A-14
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The director shall retain a file of all certificates of ownership for a period, prescribed by him, beyond the date that the marine equipment described therein is no longer registered in this State.
