Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 38A:3-1a
- Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
Whenever any statute shall refer to the Department of Defense or the Department of Veterans’ Affairs and Defense, the same shall mean the Department of Military and Veterans’ Affairs.
