Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 3B:13-6

• Beneficiary: A person who is entitled to receive the benefits or proceeds of a will, trust, insurance policy, retirement plan, annuity, or other contract. ^{Source: OCC}
• Federal agency: means any bureau, office, board, or officer of the United States by whatever name known, now or hereafter charged by Congress: (1) With payment of pensions, bounties, and allowances to veterans of the military service of the United States, their widows, widowers, children, mothers, and fathers.
