Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 43:15A-31
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
Each State department and branch of the state service not included in a department shall keep such records and, from time to time, furnish such information as the retirement system may require.
