Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes > Title 34 > Chapter 11A - Construction Workers' Fringe Benefit Security Act

  • certified mail: include private express carrier service, provided that the private express carrier service provides confirmation of mailing. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
