Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 43:21-24.14

  • Week: means for benefit years commencing on or after October 1, 1984, the calendar week ending at midnight Saturday, or as the division may by regulation prescribe. See New Jersey Statutes 43:21-19
The weekly extended benefit rate payable to an individual for a week of total unemployment in his eligibility period shall be an amount equal to the weekly benefit rate payable to him during his applicable benefit year.
