Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 43:6-6.35
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The State Treasurer is also directed to obtain social security coverage for such judges on a retroactive basis, to the extent that retroactivity is possible under Federal and State Statutes.
