Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 45:16A-1
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
1. Sections 1 through 28 of this act shall be known and may be cited as “The State Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contracting License Law.”
