  • Administrator: means the Treasurer of the State of New Jersey, any individual serving as the Acting Treasurer in the absence of the appointed Treasurer, and any State employee to whom the Treasurer has delegated authority to administer the provisions of this chapter and to execute any pertinent documents. 46:30B-97.3. Enforcement. Administrator deemed an indispensable party in judicial or administrative proceedings. The administrator shall be deemed an indispensable party to any judicial or administrative proceeding concerning the disposition and handling of unclaimed property that is or may be payable or distributable into the protective custody of the administrator.
