Unless a provision of the Mobile Home Park Act directly conflicts with the provisions of the Uniform Owner-Resident Relations Act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 47-8-1 to 47-8-52, the provisions of the Uniform Owner-Resident Relations Act shall apply to mobile home park owners and residents.
