With the exception of investments made in accordance with Paragraph (1) of Subsection A of Section 59A-46-5 N.M. Stat. Ann., the funds of a health maintenance organization shall be invested only in accordance with N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 59A, Article 9 and such regulations as the superintendent may promulgate consistent with that article and the provisions of the Health Maintenance Organization Law.
