§ 4316. Construction, alteration, improvement and repair of buildings of school. All of the provisions of § 127 of the state finance law shall apply, so far as applicable, to the construction, alteration, improvements and repair of buildings for the school. For such purpose, the education department shall be the department having jurisdiction as such expression is used in such section.
