The commissioner is hereby authorized and empowered to prosecute violations of section 35.01 of the arts and cultural affairs law, relating to child performers, § 35.05 of the arts and cultural affairs law, relating to child models, § 3227 of the education law, relating to street trades, and § 3228 of the education law, relating to newspaper carriers.
