§ 708. State and county of Saint Lawrence not liable on bonds. The bonds and other obligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the county of Saint Lawrence or of the state of New York, and neither such county nor the state shall be liable thereon, nor shall the bonds or other obligations of the authority be payable from any funds other than those of the authority.
