§ 110. Statement of stockholders to be filed. Every corporation or association authorized under this chapter to conduct pari-mutuel betting at a race meeting or races run thereat shall file with the commission a statement giving the names and addresses of all its stockholders and shall likewise file revised statements giving such names and addresses from time to time as changes occur.
