- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
Any dealer who violates the provisions of this Article shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. In addition, any dealer convicted of violating this Article shall be ineligible for a dealer’s permit for a period of three years from the date of conviction.
