Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 14-247 to 14-250 shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.? Nothing in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 14-247 through 14-251 shall apply to the purchase, use or upkeep or expense account of the car for the executive mansion and the Governor.
