Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 157-60
- Housing authority: as used in this Article , shall mean any housing authority established or hereafter established pursuant to Article 1 of this Chapter. See North Carolina General Statutes 157-53
The powers conferred by this Article shall be in addition and supplemental to the powers conferred by any other law, and nothing contained herein shall be construed as limiting any other powers of a housing authority. (1941, c. 63, s. 9.)
