Any process, notice, or demand required or permitted by law to be served on the corporation, the foreign corporation, or any director may be served as provided in section 10-01.1-13.
Terms Used In North Dakota Code 10-19.1-129
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Process: means a writ or summons issued in the course of judicial proceedings. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49
