1. The committee may:

- Person: means an individual, organization, government, political subdivision, or government agency or instrumentality. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49
- Property: includes property, real and personal. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49
a. Accept gifts, grants, and donations of money, property, and services to carry out this chapter; b. Expend moneys received under this section to carry out this chapter; and c. Contract with any person for any purpose related to this chapter.
2. Any moneys received by the committee under this section are appropriated to the committee on a continuing basis.
