The North Dakota firefighter’s association shall:

- Process: means a writ or summons issued in the course of judicial proceedings. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49
1. Develop and adopt a statewide fire education and training plan; 2. Coordinate fire service training at all levels; 3. Establish procedures to govern the certification process for firefighter training; and
4. Report quarterly to the state fire marshal.
