In any two-year period a person may not be required:

- Juror: A person who is on the jury.
- Person: means an individual, organization, government, political subdivision, or government agency or instrumentality. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49
1. To serve or attend court for prospective service as a petit juror more than ten court days, except if necessary to complete service in a particular case; 2. To serve on more than one grand jury; or
3. To serve as both a grand and petit juror.
