North Dakota Code 43-45-08 – Penalty

Any person who violates subsection 1 of section 43-45-05.2 is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.

Under the North Dakota Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:

Class	Prison	Fine
Class B misdemeanor	up to 30 days	up to $1,500
