Terms Used In North Dakota Code > Chapter 51-05.1 - Auctioneers' and Clerks' Licenses

  • Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
