The state cosmetology and barber board may authorize any of its members, in writing, to undertake any proceedings authorized by this chapter, and the finding or order of such members is the finding of the board when confirmed by it.
Terms Used In Ohio Code 4713.04
- Cosmetology: means the art or practice of embellishment, cleansing, beautification, and styling of hair, wigs, postiches, face, body, or nails. See Ohio Code 4713.01
- in writing: includes any representation of words, letters, symbols, or figures; this provision does not affect any law relating to signatures. See Ohio Code 1.59
- state: means the state of Ohio. See Ohio Code 1.59
