Except as otherwise provided in this chapter or Chapter 5310 of the Revised Code, the parties agrieved by the final order, judgment, or decree of the probate court or the court of common pleas provided for in any matters, proceedings, suits, or actions under those chapters, may appeal on questions of law to the court of appeals pursuant to the Rules of Appellate Procedure and, to the extent not in conflict with those rules, Chapter 2505 of the Revised Code.
