Beginning January 1, 2013, and each calendar year thereafter, the state board, with the assistance of all state agencies engaged in workforce development activities, shall prepare a report concerning the state of Ohio’s workforce. Upon completion of the annual workforce report, the state board shall provide an electronic copy of the report to the president and minority leader of the senate, the speaker and minority leader of the house of representatives, the governor’s office of Appalachian Ohio, the commission on Hispanic-Latino affairs, and the commission on African-Americans, and shall post the report on the state board’s internet web site.
