Terms Used In N.Y. Estates, Powers and Trusts Law 13-4.12
- Beneficiary: A person who is entitled to receive the benefits or proceeds of a will, trust, insurance policy, retirement plan, annuity, or other contract. Source: OCC
This part applies to registrations of securities in beneficiary form made before, on or after January first, two thousand six, by decedents dying on or after January first, two thousand six.
