The Higher Education Coordinating Commission, public universities listed in ORS § 352.002, the Oregon Health and Science University and the Oregon members of the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education are authorized to take any action necessary to achieving the ends of the Western Regional Higher Education Compact.
