Oregon Statutes 352.256 – Alcohol and drug abuse policy and implementation plan

In consultation with the Oregon Health Authority and the Alcohol and Drug Policy Commission, each public university listed in ORS § 352.002 shall adopt a comprehensive alcohol and drug abuse policy and implementation plan. [Formerly 352.008]
