Oregon State University may execute all deeds, conveyances, contracts, mortgage releases and all other instruments necessary to be executed in carrying out the terms of the trust referred to in ORS § 352.835. All such deeds and other instruments may be executed in manner and form as prescribed by the university and shall be entitled to record without acknowledgment. [Formerly 352.620]
