Oregon Statutes 371.347 – Alternative provisions for elected board of commissioners

When a special road district has an elected district board of commissioners, ORS § 371.349 and 371.351 are effective in that district in lieu of ORS § 371.338 and 371.342. [1999 c.764 § 5]
