Any county, city, town or port mentioned in ORS § 381.205 may pay out of its respective funds or any other funds available to any of them, all or any part of the cost of the construction, reconstruction, purchase, maintenance, operation or repair of any bridge authorized by ORS § 381.205 to 381.314.
