Any county, city, town or port mentioned in ORS § 381.205 may exercise the power of eminent domain to carry out any of the provisions of ORS § 381.205 to 381.314 in accordance with the procedure provided in ORS Chapter 35. [Amended by 1971 c.741 § 28]
