Personnel assigned under ORS § 401.930, the state or a county, city or district is not liable for any injury to person or property resulting from the performance of any duty under ORS § 401.930 or an assignment, use or response under ORS § 401.930. However, this section does not confer immunity from liability for injury to person or property resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence. The immunity from liability provided to responding personnel under this section is in addition to any immunity available to responding personnel under ORS § 401.932. [Formerly 401.645]
