The district board of a radio and data district may call upon the county counsel of the county in which the district is located for advice on district business. If the district is located in more than one county, the district may by intergovernmental agreement designate the county counsel of any one county as counsel for the district. The district board may at any time employ special counsel for any purpose. [2009 c.584 § 14]
