(1) A physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, hospital or clinic subject to ORS § 408.300 to 408.340 shall not be subject to any criminal or civil liability for providing information required under ORS § 408.300 to 408.340.

(2) Nothing in this section shall prevent, however, any action for negligence by a physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, hospital or clinic in choosing or providing medical treatment. [1983 c.658 § 4; 2014 c.45 § 36]
