(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, all penalties recovered under ORS § 418.992 to 418.998 shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to the General Fund.

  • State Treasury: includes those financial assets the lawful custody of which are vested in the State Treasurer and the office of the State Treasurer relating to the custody of those financial assets. See Oregon Statutes 174.100

(2) All penalties recovered under ORS § 418.992 to 418.998 for violations of any provision of ORS § 418.205 to 418.327, 418.470, 418.475 or 418.950 to 418.970 shall be paid to the Department of Human Services to be paid into the State Treasury and credited to the Child-Caring Agencies Account.
