Notwithstanding ORS § 421.611 to 421.630 or any actions taken under ORS § 421.611 to 421.630, and notwithstanding ORS § 421.637, 421.641 and 421.643, the real property known as the F. H. Dammasch State Hospital shall not be used as a Department of Corrections facility. [1999 c.982 § 6]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 421.639
- Department: means the Department of Corrections. See Oregon Statutes 421.005
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
