Within 30 days of the date of the executive order described in ORS § 421.637, the Director of the Department of Corrections shall notify the Governor of the site proposed for the construction and operation of a women’s correctional facility and intake center complex. The director shall make available for the Governor’s review the final report required under ORS § 421.641 and any other documents or materials that the Governor may request. The Governor shall approve or disapprove the site as the Governor deems necessary or advisable. [1999 c.982 § 5]
